Blast Deflectors, Inc. provides blast deflectors and engine ground run-up enclosures that meet customer expectations and project specifications, as well as technical service support from the beginning of each project until its completion. Blast deflectors, Inc. is committed to meeting the requirements of the implemented quality management system and its continual improvement.
Quality Objectives
1. Provide project quality by ensuring product works, meets the purposes of the user, and lasts.
2. Provide project management that ensures timely completion of the job.
3. Provide responsiveness throughout the project that meets customer expectations.

Target for customer and internal surveys is 90%
